I am regularly doing a decluttering and organization in the house. For some reason, I can’t seem to get rid of all the mess around. It doesn’t help that we have a very active kid who can’t get enough of books, and demands that he buys a book or two whenever we go to the mall. Needless to say, books abound in the house. But it’s all good.
It’s all the useless stuff lying around that bothers me. We have this big can of old coins that we can’t let go of as we are not sure if they are worth something. So I decided to search on the internet and came across United States Gold Bureau. And I have learned that gold coins and bullion, and even other precious metals, are very good forms of investment. And this has been recognized for centuries already. Not only that, gold can also be used to protect one’s wealth and purchasing power. So yes, I am contemplating to buy gold bullion and coins.

I was in search for a good school for my son when I stumbled upon online universities. I have always considered getting a second degree or any special course, but I find it hard to manage time since I have a family to take care of. Funds, of course, is another major issue. But with Western Governors University, tuition fee will be the least of your worries. They charge a flat rate for six months, therefore instead of paying for the credits, you pay for the time you stay with them. It is a fully online university serving more than 17,000 students across the 50 states and is known to produce highly competent graduates. Plus they also have an online library, accessible 24 hours a day, with full-text articles for use with assessments. Do check out WGU is you are interested in pursuing an online degree.

Another fave restaurant of us. DS loves it there, too. When asked what’s his favorite restaurant by his teachers, he replied “Bubba Gump!”. All his classmates said theirs was McDonald’s, by the way.
Our usual food.
Shrimp Shack Pasta.
Fusilli, Penne, and Rigatoni Pastas tossed with a Lemon-Garlic Sauce and topped with grilled Shrimp and a sprinkle of Feta Cheese.

Texas Cajun Chicken Sandwich.
A big sandwich with BIG flavor… Cajun grilled Chicken, crisp Bacon, Pepper Jack Cheese, and Guacamole on a toasted Bun.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundae.
A warm, fresh baked Chocolate Chip Cookie topped with Vanilla Ice Cream, Caramel, Chocolate, Peanuts, and Whipped Cream.
