4. Share a recipe for something that calls for broccoli. I love beef with broccoli. I’m not sure exactly how they prepare the beef but I’m assuming the broccoli was steamed.

4. Where do you usually spend Easter and what do you usually eat? We either go out as a family or visit relatives.

1. Suggest a question for FFOF. Something fun is in store for the one whose question is chosen. Hmm. I am in the process of tidying up my kitchen. I would like know the most useful and most recommended kitchen gadget out there. So useful that I can let go of a few kitchen tools.

2. Share instructions on how to make your favorite smoothee or shake. I don’t make shake. ;(

3. What’s in your favorite panini? I’m not sure.

4. Share a recipe for potato salad. Mine is simple. I boil the potatoes, then peel them. I then slice them into cubes. And then I just mix the potatoes with chopped hardboiled eggs, mayo, chopped white onion, pickle relish, and some salt and pepper.

1. What’s your favorite cereal? I like the usual cornflakes, sometimes I eat my son’s honey stars and koko krunch.

#2. What do you use to flip food on the stove? Tongs. I use the cheap silver one. DH bought me a Rubbermaid but I find it too big for my hands.

#3. What’s your favorite type of donut? The plain ones.

#4. Share a rice recipe. I only do the usual steamed rice.

1. What’s your favorite green food? Vegetables. I love vegetables.

2. Do you eat anything special on St Patrick’s Day? No, because we don’t observe that from where I’m from.

3. Do you drink any Irish beverages – tea, coffee, ale, beer, etc? Not so much. I am more into water and Coke. ;)

4. Share a recipe for corned beef. My all-time favorite corned bees recipe is the omelette. I cook diced potatoes in oil first. Once cooked, I allow the potatoes to cool. Then I mix the potatoes, corned beef and eggs in a bowl. I then fry them in pancake-size omelette.

#1. Olive oil. What kind do you prefer to use?
I use extra virgin olive oil.

#2. Meatballs. Do you make them from scratch, buy premade cooked or buy premade frozen? I don’t prepare meatballs. The only time the family eats meatballs is when we eat out.

#3. Do you use napkins at home? Paper or cloth?
Just paper napkins.

#4. Share a recipe for a white sauce.
I haven’t tried preparing white sauce from scratch.
