How Do You Like Your Eggs?

I love them fried – sunny side up, scrambled with potatoes, sometimes with onions, also with tomatoes and onions. But now I am decided to take it easy on anything fried, so I will surely be having more hard-boiled eggs than fried. Of course, I have no plans on trying out the best creatine supplement that a cousin is using, I’m not sure about DH though. But I am slowly eliminating oily foods in my diet for health reasons, save for pizza, as I just can’t say no to this treat. {Craving for dear darla as I write.} I love fried fish, too, tilapia in particular, but I guess I will just have this once or twice in a month. I better search the net for more recipes as my already short weekly menu list for the family just got much shorter with the elimination of fried foods.

I love, love these plates. I am actually in search of plates with pretty prints to hang in our dining room wall. It was actually DH who thought of the idea. Our dining room wall is so bare, I am having a hard time thinking of what to put in there. I would sometimes think that DH actually has more interesting design ideas than I.
