Choco-latte Smoothies.

* 6 ice cubes
* 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
* 1/4 cup plain yogurt
* 1 ripe banana
* 1/2 tsp instant coffee (TIP: crush the coffee crystals as well as you can before adding to the blender there’s nothing worse than chewing on coffee crystals in your smoothie).
* Chocolate milk to desired thickness
In a blender crush the ice and add the remaining ingredients in order. Start with just enough milk to get everything mixing together. Mix on high for at least 1 minute. Test thickness and add milk as required. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
