Me (with a shorter hair) with DS at White Hat. I have been addicted to their yogurt lately. I usually order the large size with two toppings, both cashew nuts. I am not sure if eating too much yogurt will help me get rid of belly fat though. However, yogurt do have lots of benefits. It is a very good source of calcium, phosphorus, riboflavin-vitamin B2 and iodine, as well as vitamin B12, pantothenic acid-vitamin B5, zinc, potassium, protein and molybdenum. In addition, yogurt that contains live bacterial cultures may help you to live longer, and may fortify your immune system. So it isn’t so bad to feast on yogurt after all.
