I am really drawn to these types of kitchen. I am not sure what type of kitchen this is? Is this country or cottage? I really want something comfy, laid-back and home-y. I believe that your home is your sanctuary, so it should make you feel relaxed. I hope I can have our little kitchen and dining renovated, but we have bigger plans so we must settle with what we have right now. Plus the husband needs some office furniture for his little corner in the house. He really wants his corner to look more like a real office.

How I wish I can say that this is our bed. This is our bedroom at The Boutique Bed & Breakfast. This is the king size I believe and the three of us fit there comfortably. It made me think of replacing our current bed with a bigger one. But it was just a thought, unnecessary expenses can wait. Anyway, we had a good sleep, but I think we needed a heated blanket to keep us a warm. It was very, very cold especially in the early morning even if the air conditioning was already off. But all in all, it was a very nice experience for us.

I can’t wait for summer. We will be going to a nearby resort and we are so excited since it will be the first time that my son is going to experience the beach. I even got him his swimwear this early. In the coming weeks, I will be shopping for my summer needs. I try to shop little by little so it won’t be too heavy on the pocket. Swimwear isn’t so cheap, especially now that summer is fast approaching. When we have the budget, I wish the family can try a family vacation at Azul Beach Hotel in Riviera Maya. I keep coming across this resort when I search for a family-friendly beach resort. Adults get to enjoy all the pampering and indulgences, and at the same time the needs of their kids are taken care of. They are provided strollers, cribs, milk heaters, coloring books and the likes. They even have a Kids’ Activity Center that the whole family can enjoy. This is truly an ideal destination for us.

Our breakfast. The fish was mine, the beef was for my boys.
DH surprised us to an overnight stay at The Boutique Bed & Breakfast last Valentine’s. All we did was lounge around, eat and rest during the short getaway. We did bring our laptops though as I still have to check our insurance online. Anyway, we didn’t even bother to avail of the free facial that came with the package as we just wanted to have some rest. It was indeed a relaxing break.

I had a truly fun fun fun weekend. I never thought that the party would be that loud and fun, and did I say loud? Everybody indeed had a blast. I am so looking forward to the next date with these girls. I wish we can do this regularly. Maybe when we are all rich, we can take Orlando vacations together. There are so many tempting and realy good deals at OrlandoThemeParkVacations.com, I wonder if I can convince DH to have a vacation. Anyway, it’s now back to reality. So many things to do, online and offline.
