Exercise More.

That’s one of the things that I really want to accomplish this year, aside from saving enough funds to finally experience cross country moving. I have been exercising on and off the past year. Too bad, I wasn’t able to keep the routine.

Anyway I came across these tips to make 2010 the year to get in shape.
1. Define your goals.
2. Find others who share those same goals.
3. Figure out what works for you.
4. Set a time and a place.
5. Record your progress.
6. Don’t expect perfection.
